Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) and offer two reliable shipping options to get your fly fishing gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available on orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and angler-friendly.

Return Policy Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange. Feel free to use the email template below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship to the address we provide. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Hooks (for safety reasons)
  • Fly Tying Materials (e.g., feathers, fur, thread)
  • Tools & Vises (if used)

If you receive a defective or damaged item from these categories, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Processed immediately upon approval and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Processed immediately and typically appears in your account within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above. Standard shipping fees for the exchanged item will apply.
