If for any reason you’re not happy, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here to make things right.
Our Return Policy Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused and undamaged item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In new, unused, and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Refund Timing & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Hooks (for obvious safety reasons)
- Fly Tying Materials (e.g., feathers, fur, thread, etc.)
- Tools & Vises (if used)
If you receive any of these items defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we will gladly send a replacement.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new one to you. Standard shipping fees for the exchanged item will apply.
